Swap Meet Vendors

This area is for used parts. BugOut is aware that the Swap Meet Vendor may have a few new parts or toys for sale, but you will be limited to 5 of each. If more than the alotted number of new parts/toys are found the Swap Meet Vendor will be asked to leave the event. If you intend to sell new parts or toys and you prefer to set up in the Used Parts area, you may purchase a New Parts Commercial Space and stay in this area with prior approval. Commerical Vendor SpaceDear Vendor:
As the weather warms up, we are preparing for Bug Out 69 and 70. We hope that our shows will be included in your plans for selling and advertising your products and services in 2011.Verizon Fios will be on hand at both events to cover the full day of activities. This will not only add to Bug Out’s visibility, but will ultimately benefit all of our participants, including our vendors.
Bug Outs continue to have a great following. We believe this is because our spectators receive good value for their admission fee, which includes shopping the vendor displays and enjoying the day’s activities. Bug Out is still an affordable way for Volkswagen enthusiasts and their families to enjoy a full day of fun!
As in years past, if you register for both shows, we will establish a link between our website and yours, during the 2011 season, at no cost. This link will be located on the “Show Vendor” area of our website. This will allow your potential customers to visit your site. Please notify us in writing (or email) with your request and link address. In addition, we are offering a roaming banner ad on our website www.bugouts.com for $50.00 for the year ending May 1, 2012.
Enclosed is our registration form. Please complete and return via mail, Pro Show Productions, PO Box 222096, Chantilly VA 20153 with your deposit check. If you are not planning to mail your deposit check until the deadline, we would appreciate you returning the registration via mail or fax at 703-471-0657 as soon as possible, so that we can reserve your space.
SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST RESERVATION BASIS, but we will take into consideration where each vendor was placed at the last show.
Please include information about your company on the registration form, so that we can advertise your products throughout the day of the show.

Judges are encouraged to contact Less Steger prior to the show at (703) 471-0559. Judges will receive a refund equal to the spectator admission, lunch the day of the event and an event T-Shirt; once their judging has been completed. Judges will not judge the class in which their car is entered. Cars will not be judged without proper registration.
New Show Car parking plan
In the past, show car parking was a bit on the challenging side. You had to buy your ticket at the gate, go to the black registration tent, wait in line to register and then park in your assigned row, if you could find space. This year we are looking to make some changes to improve and shorten the process.
After buying your show car ticket, proceed directly to the car show parking area, the staff will help you park as you arrive. Air cooled will be parked on the Oval track side and Water cooled will be parked on the fence side. Please park the nose of the car facing the front gate. If you have a trailer or support vehicle, please unload the car off to the side and then have the staff help park you. You will not be parked by class, only by water or air cooled. After you have parked and if you want to be judged, please proceed to the black registration tent and register for the judging. You will be asked when you register, where you are parked. Please be very specific. Each row will have a letter sign to assist you. All cars will be judged based on the class that you register under. For example, If you drive a Dune Buggy, you will be parked with all of the air cooled but only judged against other Dune Buggy's.
Tips:
If you want to park with friends or as a club, arrive together.
Please work with the parking staff, our goal is to park you as you arrive to ensure the best use of space and the least amount of time wasted trying to find a space.
Don't forget to register if you want to be judged, after you are parked.
