Swap Meet Vendors

10' x 15' - Includes One Person: $50.00

This area is for used parts. BugOut is aware that the Swap Meet Vendor may have a few new parts or toys for sale, but you will be limited to 5 of each. If more than the alotted number of new parts/toys are found the Swap Meet Vendor will be asked to leave the event or buy a new vendor space. If you intend to sell new parts or toys and you prefer to set up in the Used Parts area, you may purchase a New Parts Commercial Space and stay in this area with prior approval. Commerical Vendor Space

Dear Vendor:

As the weather warms up, we are preparing for Bug Out 69 and 70. We hope that our shows will be included in your plans for selling and advertising your products and services in 2011.

Verizon Fios will be on hand at both events to cover the full day of activities. This will not only add to Bug Out’s visibility, but will ultimately benefit all of our participants, including our vendors.

Bug Outs continue to have a great following. We believe this is because our spectators receive good value for their admission fee, which includes shopping the vendor displays and enjoying the day’s activities. Bug Out is still an affordable way for Volkswagen enthusiasts and their families to enjoy a full day of fun!

As in years past, if you register for both shows, we will establish a link between our website and yours, during the 2011 season, at no cost. This link will be located on the “Show Vendor” area of our website. This will allow your potential customers to visit your site. Please notify us in writing (or email) with your request and link address. In addition, we are offering a roaming banner ad on our website www.bugouts.com for $50.00 for the year ending May 1, 2012.

Enclosed is our registration form. Please complete and return via mail, Pro Show Productions, PO Box 222096, Chantilly VA 20153 with your deposit check. If you are not planning to mail your deposit check until the deadline, we would appreciate you returning the registration via mail or fax at 703-471-0657 as soon as possible, so that we can reserve your space.

SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST RESERVATION BASIS, but we will take into consideration where each vendor was placed at the last show.

Please include information about your company on the registration form, so that we can advertise your products throughout the day of the show.
